Terms and Conditions

The contracting party is Yourantai GmbH, Via Naccio 50, 6614 Brissago. A booking is concluded only with our written confirmation by email — the online enquiry is a non-binding reservation request.

• Minimum stay: 7 nights. • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (additional guests only by prior written agreement). • Check-in: from 16:00 · Check-out: by 11:00. Casa Yourantai is rented exclusively — you have the entire estate to yourself.

Rates are per night in CHF and include final cleaning, linen, utilities and tourist tax. • Peak (summer, holidays): CHF 1,050 / night • High (May–June, September): CHF 850 / night • Low (March, April, October, transition days): CHF 650 / night • Winter (November–February): CHF 500 / night For stays spanning multiple seasons, each night is charged at its respective seasonal rate.

After our written confirmation, a deposit of 30 % of the total price is due within 7 days. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For short-notice bookings (< 30 days before arrival), the full amount is due within 3 days of confirmation. Cancellations must be made in writing (email). The date of receipt of the email applies. • Up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge (deposit refunded). • 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price is due. • Less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: 100 % of the total price. We strongly recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance. If the period is successfully re-let, the proceeds will be refunded less a CHF 200 processing fee.

In the event of force majeure (official travel restrictions, natural disasters at the location) making the stay impossible, we will primarily offer a free rebooking within 24 months. Refunds are made to the extent legally required.

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the indoor areas. • Pets only by prior written agreement. • Events, parties and commercial use (photo shoots, films) require written consent. • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00. • Onsen, tea house and zen garden may only be used after instruction.

Yourantai GmbH is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We accept no liability for guests' valuables; a safe is provided. Use of the onsen and garden is at your own risk.

Damage to inventory or building must be reported immediately. A deposit of CHF 1,000 is held before arrival and refunded within 7 days after departure provided no claims arise.

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Locarno (Ticino).
